Love and Loss

I decided to to take a quick last minute run to the Good Cents store today and am I ever so glad I did.  It was like toy mecca in there today.

One of my best finds which I still can’t believe nobody snag this right up was a cars costume.

I checked out the closing listings on Ebay and I couldn’t believe what they are going for!  Check it out HERE.

My next find was bitter sweet.  I found all these vintage little people from fisher price which was AWESOME.

Well I was also carrying around the MainStreet for them, or I should say little pygmy insisted on carrying it.  Well I was looking for the rest of the parts for it (which I found) when she had set it down and one of the professionals snagged it right up!

I was even more sad when I got home and checked out the closing listings on Ebay HERE.  Ah well live and learn.  A few other hot commodities I snagged were:

Star Wars popup book

Grandpa Munster :)

Spyro the dragon

and a purple and green dinosaur whose name shall not be mentioned costume.

The other thing to note is that since this was just a “quick trip” I decided I didn’t need a buggy so there I was arms piled high with bags and toys.

FYI when your looking for a picture and type in "arms full of packages" this is what you get!

I hope you all are starting to pick up in your sales!

What Good Cents store are you talking about in town? I wouldn’t mind just checking it out for birthday and Christmas gifts for my little one this year to save some money! :)

It is a great place to find gifts too! I have found a couple of things for my family but haven’t put it up on the blog because some of them read it ;)

  3. Great job! I have the sesame street buildings but not the people:(
